3. Subscription and Payment

• Newsletter Subscription: The subscription fee for “The Way Up Mail” newsletter is $9.99 per month. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Mentoring and Coaching Programs: The group mentoring program is priced at $2,499 per month. Individual coaching rates are determined based on specific agreements. Payments are also processed via Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Newsletter Subscription: You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the newsletter will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
• Mentoring and Coaching Programs: Cancellations for mentoring and coaching programs must be made in writing. Refunds for these programs are subject to the terms of the individual agreement and may vary based on the stage of the program.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.
